I'm sending a Wholesale order. Why doesn't the "small order" fee appear on the customer order?
If you send a small order (under $20.00 cv) to Premier, the Jeweler is charged a "small order" fee. To avoid paying this fee, you may include orders for several customer on one wholesale order. In this case, the order would be shipped to the Jeweler and she would deliver the orders to her customers.
If you are not able to combine orders, you may want to explain to your customer that a minimum is required and encourage her to add an additional item.
The "small order" fee is automatically included under special shipping on the Profit & Loss statement for tax purposes. If you collect the small order fee from your customers, you must also generate an "income" transaction under "Enter Expenses (data entry tab).
