How do I know where to enter my order in the software?
The software allows you to enter orders for customers as well as items for the Jeweler. The types of orders are identified below. Refer to your Jeweler Handbook and/or your upline if you need additional information or need clarification.
Home Show - Hostess Benefits apply:
- The jeweler must display her jewelry and make a presentation to her hostess and guests.
- There must be at lease one customer order.
- The Retail for all customer orders must total at least $100.00.
- There must be a hostess order in addition to the customer orders.
- The hostess order qualifies for free jewelry (normally 30% of retail - hostess 1/2 price items are included in the retail).
- The hostess may also purchase 4 - 8 1/2 price items. (The number of items allowed is determined by the retail from her customer orders only.)
Catalog Show - Some Hostess Benefits Apply:
- There must be at least one customer order.
- The Retail for all customer orders must total at least $100.00.
- There must be a hostess order in addition to the customer orders.
- The hostess order qualifies for free jewelry (20% of the retail - hostess 1/2 price item is included in the retail).
- The hostess receives NO bonuses.
- The hostess may choose ONE 1/2 price item.
Wholesale Order - No Hostess Benefits: Any Customer order that does not qualify as a Home Show or Catalog Show.
- There must be a "person placing the order". The Jeweler may be the person placing the order if she is having several orders shipped to her home.
- The customer may be the "person placing the order" if the Jewelry is being shipped to her address.
- There must be at least one Customer order.
- Small Order Fee ($5.00 + sales tax) applies if the total CV is under $20.00. To add this fee, click the Shipping Info. tab and check the box beside "Order is less than $20.00 CV".
Jewelry Sample Order: As a Jeweler, you may order Jewelry for your kit or for personal use at any time.
- Jeweler pays Cost CV + sales tax.
- Jeweler receives free shipping.
- Small Order Fee ($5.00 + sales tax) applies if the total CV is under $20.00. To add this fee, click the Shipping Info. tab and check the box beside "Order is less than $20.00 CV".
Serve-Us-Store Order: As a Jeweler, you may order catalogs and other items for your business.
- Jeweler pays Cost + sales tax.
- Jeweler receives free shipping.
Small Order Fee ($5.00 + sales tax) applies if the total CV is under $30.00. To add this fee, click the Shipping Info. tab and check the box beside "Order is less than $30.00 CV".
