How Do I Update My Jewelry?

To update the jewelry:

  1. Click on the Links Tab from the the main menu of your software.
  2. Click on Update Jewelry and follow the prompts. 
  3. When finished, close the software and re-open it.
  4. Click on the Lists & Labels Tab, then click Inventory.
  5. Change the Type of List to New Jewelry (adjust date range if needed) to see the new items.

IF YOU HAVE GONE TO THE LINKS TAB AND CLICKED THE "UPDATE JEWELRY" BUTTON, BUT STILL DO NOT SEE THE CURRENT ITEMS/PRICES, PLEASE TRY THE FOLLOWING:

Re-do jewelry update:

  1. From the main screen, place your cursor below the HELP and above the Maintenance Tab and right click.
  2. Click Re-Do Jewelry Update.
  3. Answer Yes.
  4. Go to the Maintenance Tab and click Re-Index. When finished, click Close.
  5. Open the Premier software.
  6. Click Lists & Labels, then Inventory.
  7. Change the type of list to New Jewelry (adjust date range if needed) to see the new items.
IF YOU HAVE SEPARATE LOGINS ON YOUR COMPUTER, YOU MUST BE LOGGED IN AS AN ADMINISTRATOR IN ORDER TO GET UPDATES.
