Customer Information!
Your Customer Information is stored under the Data Entry Tab. The more information you save, the more you have when following up on your Customer. If a Customer moves or changes her name, you may update her information at any time. Below are a few features available under Customers.
Add Customer - Customers may be added in this section or on the actual order.
Edit Customer - Add or change any information.
Delete Customer - You may not delete a customer if there are orders entered for the customer.
ID Change - If the Customer name has changed or was entered incorrectly, you may change it by Right clicking on the Customer and selecting ID Change. Enter the name. The Customer ID must be unique. If you have two customers with the same name, you should also enter the middle initial.
$ Purchase - To find an item that a customer has purchased, right click on the name and click $ Purchase. Any item entered in the software will be listed. You may view or print the order for replacement/exchanges or view a list of her purchases.
Directions - To find driving directions, right click on her name and click Directions. You will be connected to MapQuest for driving directions. (If you have dial-up you will need to connect to the internet first.)
